Responsibilities
- Work with senior management to implement effective communications for all AutoTec companies and key stakeholders.
- Cook up coordination with individual departments and their business leads as well as outside marketing partners to ensure marketing materials align with AutoTec’s overall business strategy.
- Lead coordination between AutoTec and outside marketing partners in handling marketing projects and communication needs.
- Maintain social media content and engagement as needed for all AutoTec brands, and monitor social media communications promptly.
- Update content on all company websites and explore opportunities to boost traffic to those sites.
- Create and distribute external and internal company communication pieces.
- Aid executive management team in crafting insightful presentations and strategies.
- Create and assist in the creation of internal and external training and educational materials.
- Manage email and text message communication for AutoTec brands to existing customers.
- Draft and deliver content for media opportunities in industry and local publications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing communications for a large organization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in creating and editing various types of marketing materials.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
