Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Work with senior management to implement effective communications for all AutoTec companies and key stakeholders.
  • Cook up coordination with individual departments and their business leads as well as outside marketing partners to ensure marketing materials align with AutoTec’s overall business strategy.
  • Lead coordination between AutoTec and outside marketing partners in handling marketing projects and communication needs.
  • Maintain social media content and engagement as needed for all AutoTec brands, and monitor social media communications promptly.
  • Update content on all company websites and explore opportunities to boost traffic to those sites.
  • Create and distribute external and internal company communication pieces.
  • Aid executive management team in crafting insightful presentations and strategies.
  • Create and assist in the creation of internal and external training and educational materials.
  • Manage email and text message communication for AutoTec brands to existing customers.
  • Draft and deliver content for media opportunities in industry and local publications.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing communications for a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in creating and editing various types of marketing materials.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
