Responsibilities

Operates the telephone switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

Requirements

• Six (6) months prior experience as Communications Systems Operator or Call Center, Customer Service, Switchboard, Receptionist
• Ability to maintain composure during contacts with callers
• Pleasant telephone voice, and ability to work closely with other operators

Qualifications

Preferred: One (1) year hospital based experience as a Communications Systems Operator.
