About the role
Cintas is seeking a Commissions Specialist to ensure the accuracy of Rental Sales Representative commissions, KPIs, and timely payroll processing.
Responsibilities
- Manage commission evaluations for eligibility, adjustments in pay, and KPIs
- Process commissions in accordance with Rental Sales Rep Compensation Policies while adhering to internal audit processes
- Work closely with Sales Team management to ensure accuracy of commission-related payroll before deadlines
- Explain the detail breakdown of commission calculations, KPI impacts, and research and process eligible variances
- Resolve disputes professionally
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED preferred, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with coaching/training virtually preferred
- 1+ years' New Account Coordinator experience with Cintas or related experience preferred
