Commissions Analyst Sr

This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Chandler, AZ.

About the role

As a Commissions Analyst Sr, you will calculate commission/incentive award payments to sales personnel based on commission plan provisions. You will perform staff support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication, and administration of sales commission or incentive programs and plans.

• Receipt, review, and entry into system of record sales requested adjustments to orders
• Ongoing review, update, and maintenance of commission database used to track and compute variable compensation and set sales quotas
• Ongoing review and analysis of compensation plan changes
• Provide subject matter expertise of department policies, processes, and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance from a four-year college or university
• Three years’ experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP
• Four years’ working in a commissions role

• Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills to achieve desired results
