For our client, we are seeking a Commissioning Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead commissioning activities for large-scale power generation projects, with a focus on planning, execution, safety, and successful turnover. The Commissioning Manager will coordinate closely with project teams, supervisors, technicians, and customers to ensure milestones are met and systems are delivered to specification. This position requires strong field leadership, technical oversight, and the ability to manage complex commissioning efforts across global assignments. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $114,100 – $190,200 annually Responsibilities Develop and manage commissioning strategies, schedules, and costs to meet project milestones. Ensure compliance with EHS plans and safe work systems on-site. Coordinate and manage contractual tests, ensuring defect-free turnover to customers. Supervise and promote commissioning personnel and maintain team effectiveness. Verify quality compliance through delegation and adherence to inspections and records. Execute commissioning per specifications while adhering to safety and environmental regulations. Facilitate turnover of systems during the commissioning process. Qualifications 5-7 years of commissioning experience in combined cycle power plants and aeroderivative power plants. Experience leading teams of supervisors and technicians in commissioning activities. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in commissioning. Willingness to travel worldwide for long-term assignments.
