Commissary Worker - BSWH Memorial

Responsibilities

• Perform transfers of products and/or merchandise from the warehouse.
• Receive products and merchandise, check for quality and damage, and ensure accurate storage of delivered items.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Conduct physical inventory as needed.
• Process requests for supplies, prepare merchandise for delivery, and package items according to established procedures.
• Adapt to changing job duties or new assignments as needed to meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

This role may have physical demands, including but not limited to lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
