BR Prime Steakhouse Overview
- Assist the Sous Chef with daily prep, production, and service to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish
- Maintain proper rotation, storage, and labeling of food to uphold freshness and control costs
- Monitor station setup, cleanliness, and organization to support smooth kitchen operations
- Support in the training and guidance of new team members to uphold departmental standards
- Execute precise plating and presentation that reflects BR Prime’s fine-dining standards
- Communicate and collaborate with kitchen leadership to meet service goals and maintain efficiency
- Assist with inventory, ordering as needed
- Uphold all sanitation, safety, and quality standards in compliance with company policies
The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrates 1+ years of prior relevant experience in high volume cooking, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Holds a High School Diploma or GED
- Exhibits hands-on experience as a broiler cook with a strong understanding of steak temperatures and precision cooking
- Excells in expediting, ensuring smooth communication and timely service during peak operations
