Core Responsibilities

  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and properly storing deliveries after they have been checked in by the Purchaser.
  • Follow FIFO procedures while accurately labeling, dating, rotating, and storing all products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all walk-ins, storage areas, and shared kitchen spaces.
  • Prepare and produce shared mise-en-place items including stocks, butters, oils, and other production components according to kitchen standards.
  • Support station prep and maintain production schedules to ensure all kitchen areas are properly stocked for service.
  • Uphold all Department of Health, sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Work efficiently and collaboratively with the culinary team to support smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

  • 6 months or more of restaurant experience preferred.
  • Desire to learn and grow within a professional kitchen environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
  • Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours), and to crouch, bend, and lift or move 25+ lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($19.00)
