Commerical Assistant Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Aid the Superintendent with daily on-site construction operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
• Maintain project schedules and ensure work progresses according to plan
• Conduct job site walks and monitor quality control efforts
• Support job site safety initiatives and OSHA compliance requirements
• Aid with project documentation, daily reports, and progress tracking
• Review drawings and specifications to support field operations
• Identify and communicate field issues to project leadership
• Coordinate project closeout and punch list activities

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in commercial construction, field engineering, project engineering, or supervisory roles
• Experience with ground-up and/or renovation commercial projects preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Working knowledge of construction sequencing and job site operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus
• Stable work history and strong desire for career advancement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $105,000 per year (based on experience)
