Marketing Administrative Assistant
About the role
The Marketing Administrative Assistant supports the brands and K-C North America (KCNA) vision and objectives. Key responsibilities include preparing presentations, managing samples and merchandising fixtures, coordinating events, and maintaining ETQ claims.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and produce presentations for brands and key customers using brand marks and multimedia materials.
- Distribute Annual Business Plan communications and materials for the National Sales meeting.
- Manage timelines and vendors for product samples, creative development samples, and other customer requests.
- Ensure accurate inventory of product packaging and samples in the storeroom.
- Own the timeline and communication for brand-funded Merchandising Fixtures, including third-party warehousing and fulfillment.
- Create/manage purchase orders for new rack manufacturing and fulfillments.
- Lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for new unit designs when necessary.
- Coordinate with the Consumer Engagement team for supply and promotion management, sponsorship/partnership coordination, and back-office support.
- Serve as venue liaison and coordinate all aspects of venue arrangements, including meeting room arrangements, audiovisual equipment, and post-event billing.
- Create and manage pricing authorities for new stock codes and ensure required approvals.
- Organize and manage volunteer events such as the National Diaper Bank and Alliance for Period Supplies.
- Maintain and update the claims system for the brands to ensure integrity in consumer-facing messaging.
Requirements
Preferred qualifications include previous experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant and work experience within a large/global corporation. Prior CPG experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent of 3+ years of work experience.
- Experience leading and managing multiple projects for multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to understand and anticipate business needs, develop clear project timelines, and track progress.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of leadership.
- Proven analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- High standard of professionalism and work ethic, decision-making ability, and adaptability/flexibility.
- Proficiency in various computer systems, including Microsoft Office, SAP, SharePoint, and graphics management systems.
Qualifications

Pay
Base pay range: $72,260 – $85,380 USD.
