About the role

The position involves representing financial institutions, lenders, creditors, trade creditors, receivers and similar interests in workouts and general litigation in both state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Representing financial institutions, lenders, creditors, trade creditors, receivers and similar interests in workouts and general litigation in both state and federal courts.
• Handling cases involving commercial workout, litigation, and foreclosure.

Requirements

• A license to practice in Kentucky.
• Minimum of two years of commercial workout, litigation, and/or foreclosure experience.

Qualifications

• A strong academic background.
• Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Skills

• Strong legal knowledge and experience in commercial workout and litigation.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
