Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process and review policies, issue endorsements, and invoices for the team
- Process certificates of insurance to support our client's ongoing operations
- Afford assistance Account Managers with system updates and client support as needed
- Stay informed of company and industry procedures
- Regularly document all activities and correspondence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Acquiring state licensing, once hired

- A foundational understanding of Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology

Schedule
This role will be hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days remote weekly after the training period (3-6 months).
