Commercial Truck Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the truck center, including staffing and service operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Cookordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to optimize center performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the truck center team to achieve business goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to fleet clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a commercial truck center or similar facility.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with fleet customers.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional understanding of commercial truck operations, maintenance, and sales processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in commercial truck management, automotive management or fleet services.
