About the role
The Commercial Servicing Officer is a critical role on the Commercial Banking team who will support the delivery of exceptional client experiences, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the growth and success of the commercial bank. This role collaborates with internal and external teams such as Treasury Management, deposit/loan operations, legal, and risk management to provide a seamless service experience for Commercial Banking clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end service journey for a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients.
- Work with the Commercial Servicing team and key support partners to enhance overall service delivery, suggesting process improvements where appropriate.
- Provide direct support to a book of clients based on market needs.
- Respond to all service inquiries from clients, Relationship Managers, or other colleagues at the bank.
- Assist with guidance and troubleshooting for treasury management products to support the client service experience.
- Maintain high levels of quality by leveraging controls and procedures for commercial banking services, including loan and deposit services.
- Comply with all policies and procedures related to client service activities, reinforcing processes and controls to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver the full complement of Commercial Banking services to clients.
- Reinforce a work environment centered on continuous improvement and service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance, Business, or Economics); MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in commercial banking.
- Experience with credit analysis, risk management, and loan portfolio management.
- Proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service.
- Ability to work independently as a motivated and self-directed individual.
Skills
- Knowledge of standard banking systems and CRM.
- Understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of Treasury Management products.
Pay
The salary range for this full-time position is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
