Job Summary

Deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs for General Managers, Owners, Operators, and Franchise leaders within Commercial Services. Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences, including certified facilitation of Commercial Services components. Own and maintain commercial learning content, ensuring it is accurate, current, and aligned with evolving strategies. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content updates and consistency across learning materials. Communicate effectively with learners, manage email communications regarding pre-work, follow-up, and program logistics. Leverage expertise in Hyatt systems and tools to deliver targeted training. Drive adoption and measure effectiveness of training by tracking participation, tool utilization, and behavioral change. Coordinate and manage operational logistics for learning programs, including scheduling, content updates, and attendee access. Partner cross-functionally to ensure learning solutions align with brand priorities and support key initiatives. Model Hyatt’s values of Empathy, Wellbeing, Inclusion, and Experimentation in all aspects of learning design and facilitation. Utilize strong project and time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a hybrid/remote environment. Apply extensive hotel, sales, marketing, and revenue management knowledge to create relevant, high-impact training. Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholder groups and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a hospitality or similar industry.
  • Proven ability to facilitate complex and technical content in a virtual and in-person setting.
  • Strong understanding of Hyatt systems and tools, and the ability to apply this knowledge to training delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project management and time management in a remote/hybrid setting.
  • Knowledge of hotel, sales, marketing, and revenue management principles.
