Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual new hire training, webinars, and instructor-led learning sessions.
- Deliver training through the company's Learning Management System (LMS) and other approved technology platforms.
- Monitor learner progress, provide coaching, and support the successful completion of training objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related questions through Microsoft Teams and other communication channels.
- Administer the Learning Management System, including user support, reporting, compliance tracking, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain training schedules, attendance records, facilitator guides, and learning materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback and performance metrics, recommending improvements where appropriate.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team on training initiatives, content updates, and special projects.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training & Development, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in training, facilitation, learning & development, or a related role preferred.
- Experience delivering virtual training and working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and other virtual collaboration tools.
- Property management or self-storage industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
