About the role

As a Learning Experience Designer & Facilitation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our sales team is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to drive revenue and achieve business goals. You will create, facilitate, and maintain training programs that drive sales performance across our global organization. This role works closely with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and sales support partners to develop engaging, scalable, and effective learning solutions that enhance the skills and knowledge of our global sales force.

Responsibilities

  • Learning Experience Content Design & Development (80%)
    • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts worldwide across the Global Sales organization to determine training needs and translate them into innovative, effective learning experiences.
    • Utilize instructional design methodologies and blended learning solutions to create engaging, interactive content aligned with adult learning principles, supporting sales skills, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
    • Develop assessments and evaluations to track, analyze, and report on learning effectiveness and business impact, including comprehension assessments, KPI attainment, LMS reporting, learner surveys, and QA data.
    • Design just-in-time learning and performance support resources for sales teams, maintaining an up-to-date content repository.
    • Adapt and localize learning content for a global sales force, ensuring cultural relevance and inclusivity.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning experiences.
    • Shadow sales reps and leaders to identify training needs and enhance learning retention.
    • Stay current with trends in learning experience design, sales enablement, and adult learning theory.
    • Experiment with new technologies and methods to enhance learning engagement.
    • Act as a thought leader within the organization, sharing insights to elevate the training strategy.
    • Exemplify a positive, professional attitude with customers and team members.
    • Work in a high-energy, dynamic environment with rapid changes in products, promotions, and operations.
    • Travel as needed for in-person training, workshops, and meetings.
  • Training Facilitation (20%)
    • Facilitate engaging, interactive training for adult learners, including new hire onboarding, continuing education, upskilling, and process change training.
    • Deliver training through various modalities using facilitation techniques, tools, and materials to ensure learning transfer.
    • Provide coaching during nesting periods, helping sales agents apply learning to real-world situations and address skill gaps.
    • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes using pre- and post-training checklists.
    • Provide detailed feedback to sales leadership on strengths and areas of improvement for new hires, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Call center learning and development experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced degree in Education, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Experience curating and developing learning content across various delivery modalities (e.g., ILT, VILT, content management systems).
  • 2+ years of experience facilitating curriculum-based learning in a corporate training environment, both virtually and in person.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal storytelling skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, leadership, and autonomous drive.
  • Articulate, persuasive communicator across multiple organizational levels.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS); experience with Axonify, Adobe Pro, or Synthesia is a plus.
  • Instructional design process knowledge (ADDIE/SAM) and adult learning theories.
  • Experience evaluating (Kirkpatrick) and assessing training modules for effective learning.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a "think out of the box" approach to learning.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Results- and growth-oriented mindset with a tendency toward creating MVP solutions.
