Pay
- $25.00 to $55.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Performance Bonus of up to $24K annually

Responsibilities
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments
- Perform service on commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning as required
- Delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete service work
- Provide excellent service to commercial customers and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems effectively
- Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels
- Perform maintenance on equipment, servicing and/or cleaning IAQ products
- Soldering, welding, brazing, and minor field fabrication
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commercial HVAC license required (Gasfitter 2 or Gasfitter 1 License)
- Refrigeration license (313A License) preferred
- License in plumbing, electrical work, sheet metal, or refrigeration an asset
- 4+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC field
- Proven mechanical aptitude and experience operating necessary tools and equipment
- Adept at servicing commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
- Demonstrated commitment to customer-focused service
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams
- Ability to work overtime and weekend hours as required
- Must meet background check criteria
