About the role

We keep skilled trades professionals busy with a steady stream of commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects. From office buildings and medical facilities to retail stores and property management clients, no two days are exactly the same.

Responsibilities

• Tackle a wide variety of commercial repair and improvement projects, including:
• Commercial carpentry, framing, trim, doors, and hardware
• Drywall repair, painting, ceilings, and finish work
• Tenant improvements and interior build-outs
• Light plumbing and electrical repairs
• Flooring, tile, cabinets, fixtures, and punch-list work
• Diagnose building issues and recommend practical solutions
• Complete jobs safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
• Build and present estimates using our easy-to-use software
• Maintain a clean company van and organized job site
• Communicate with property managers, business owners, and our office team to keep projects moving

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial construction, facilities maintenance, remodeling, or handyman experience
• Strong carpentry skills and experience across multiple trades
• Knowledge of drywall, painting, doors, ceilings, flooring, and light plumbing/electrical
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently
• Professional communication with commercial clients and property managers
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Your own basic hand tools
• Living within or near our Northern Virginia service area
