Mr. Handyman of Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced Commercial Service Professional.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects for commercial facilities
• Work in various types of commercial buildings including office buildings, retail spaces, medical offices, schools, churches, and property management facilities
• Perform tasks such as commercial building maintenance and repairs, interior carpentry, trim, doors, and hardware, drywall repair, patching, and painting, ceiling tile replacement and finish work, light plumbing and electrical repairs, flooring, tile, cabinetry, and fixture installation, preventive maintenance and punch-list projects, troubleshooting building issues, and recommending practical solutions
• Complete work safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to customers' businesses
• Communicate professionally with property managers, facility managers, and business owners

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, facility maintenance, remodeling, or handyman services (15+ years preferred)
• Strong skills across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing, and light electrical
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• The confidence to work independently and manage your day
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Your own basic hand tools
• Fluent English
• Residence within our Northern Virginia service area
