What You'll Be Doing
- Commercial building maintenance and repairs
- Interior carpentry, trim, doors, and hardware
- Drywall repair, patching, and painting
- Ceiling tile replacement and finish work
- Light plumbing and electrical repairs
- Flooring, tile, cabinetry, and fixture installation
- Preventive maintenance and punch-list projects
- Troubleshooting building issues and recommending practical solutions
- Completing work safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to our customers' businesses
- Communicating professionally with property managers, facility managers, and business owners
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, facility maintenance, remodeling, or handyman services (15+ years preferred)
- Strong skills across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing, and light electrical
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- The confidence to work independently and manage your day
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Your own basic hand tools
- Fluent English
- Residence within our Northern Virginia service area
