Responsibilities

• Assist with routine and emergency service calls.
• Troubleshoot, replace, and/or repair malfunctioning or inoperative equipment under close supervision.
• Prepare accurate and timely documentation for work performed.
• Organize and utilize technical resources, information, materials, and support to ensure efficient task execution.
• Complete and submit all required task-related activities, productivity, and documentation on time.
• Assist with maintaining truck inventory to meet customer needs.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and provide reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School/Vocational training.
• No prior skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, policies, and procedures in English.

Certification/Licensing

• Must obtain and retain specific product certifications and/or licenses required by national, state, and local codes.

Work Environment

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, twist, use hands, reach, push, pull, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color vision.
• Work in unusual positions/circumstances (e.g., ladders, scaffolding, crawl spaces, attics).
• Lift, move, and hold up to 50 lbs.
• Work a full-time, flexible schedule with on-call availability and ability to travel on short notice.
• Drive a motor vehicle for extended periods (day and evenings).
