Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating all construction activities related to assigned commercial projects.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Cooking and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
• Reviewing work progress on a daily basis and adjusting schedules and plans as needed.
• Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
• Preparing internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in commercial construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A team player with leadership abilities.
• BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or relevant field.
• PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
