We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraphs about company, mission, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: introductory description (company mission, etc.) could be "About the role". Then "What you will do" -> Responsibilities. Then "Key Responsibilities" list. Then "How You Will Do It" maybe could be part of responsibilities or maybe "Qualifications"? Actually "How You Will Do It" is more about approach; could be considered "Skills" or "Qualifications"? Might be better as "Skills" or "Qualifications". Then "What we look for" includes requirements: high school diploma, skills, etc. That's "Requirements". Then "Nice to Have" could be "Qualifications" or "Preferred Qualifications". Then salary range and benefits: we have "What We Offer" with bullet list: Competitive salary, Paid vacation..., Comprehensive benefits..., Extensive product and on the job..., Encouraging team environment, Dedication to safety. Also mention "competitive Sales Incentive Plan". So we have Benefits and Pay sections. Pay: we have salary range $55k-$70k and mention Sales Incentive Plan. So we can have Pay section with that info. Benefits: list of benefits. Schedule: not mentioned explicitly; only "Ability to work a full-time schedule." That's a requirement, not schedule details. So we should not create Schedule section because no specific schedule info. Also we should not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". So we will include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe combine Nice to Have), Benefits, Pay. Ensure we don't repeat job title. Use

headings. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. Also remove duplicated lines. There's no duplication. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content. Intro: "Build your best future with the Johnson Controls team As a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, our mission is to reimagine the performance of buildings to serve people, places and the planet. Join a winning team that enables you to build your best future! Our teams are uniquely positioned to support a multitude of industries across the globe. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself through meaningful work projects and learning opportunities. We strive to provide our employees with an experience, focused on supporting their physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing. Become a member of the Johnson Controls family and thrive in an empowering company culture where your voice and ideas will be heard – your next great opportunity is just a few clicks away!" That's about the role/company. We'll put under

    About the role

    with

containing that text. Next: "What We Offer Competitive salary Paid vacation/holidays/sick time - 15 days of vacation first year Comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical, dental, and vision care - Available day one Extensive product and on the job/cross training opportunities with outstanding resources Encouraging and collaborative team environment Dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy Check us out: A Day in a Life at Johnson Controls | Sales Roles" We need to separate Benefits and Pay. The "What We Offer" includes both benefits and pay. We'll split: Pay: Competitive salary, Sales Incentive Plan (mentioned later). Benefits: Paid vacation..., Comprehensive benefits..., Extensive product..., Encouraging team environment, Dedication to safety. But also "Check us out: A Day in a Life..." is a link; maybe we can keep as a sentence but it's not essential? It's part of the offering? It's a promotional link. Might keep as part of Benefits? It's not a benefit per se. Might be considered extra info; but we can include as a sentence in Benefits paragraph. However instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that sentence. But we need to avoid duplication: The "Check us out:" line appears only once. Now responsibilities: "What you will do In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Johnson Controls Security solutions to commercial customers, both new and existing. You will act as a brand steward, clearly communicating the value of our security services and technology while securing profitable sales opportunities and strengthening customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up." Then "Key Responsibilities" list bullet points. We'll combine the intro sentence under Responsibilities heading maybe as a paragraph then list. Thus

    Responsibilities

    What you will do ...

    • ... each bullet
Now "How You Will Do It" could be considered Skills or Qualifications. It contains bullet-like sentences but not list. We could treat as Skills section: each sentence as a skill. But we could also incorporate into Qualifications. However we have a separate "What we look for" which is requirements. So "How You Will Do It" is more about expected behaviors/approach; could be under Skills. Let's make a Skills section with
    • each sentence. But we need to check if we should create a Skills section only if there is real specific content. Yes we have content. Thus

      Skills

      • Adhere to Johnson Controls Security policies, procedures, products, programs, and services while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.
      • ... etc. Now Requirements: "What we look for High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.Ability to present effectively to senior-level executives within customer and Johnson Controls Security organizations.Ability to work a full-time schedule.Available for local travel." We'll put as

        Requirements

        • ... each item
Now Nice to Have: "Nice to Have College degree. At least 2 years of successful commercial sales experience in the security, IT, or other technology sales industry.Consistent ability to meet and exceed quota." We'll put as

        Qualifications

        (or Preferred Qualifications). Use
        • . Now Pay: We have salary range and Sales Incentive Plan. Also mention "This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis." Also "This position includes a competitive benefits package." but benefits already covered. So Pay section:

          Pay

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $55,000 - $70,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis.

          Now Benefits:

          Benefits

          • Paid vacation/holidays/sick time - 15 days of vacation first year
          • Comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical, dental, and vision care - Available day one
          • Extensive product and on the job/cross training opportunities with outstanding resources
          • Encouraging and collaborative team environment
          • Dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy
          • Check us out: A Day in a Life at Johnson Controls | Sales Roles
We should ensure we didn't duplicate any content. The intro paragraph about company is under About the role. The "What you will do" sentence is under Responsibilities. The Key Responsibilities list under same. Now check for any leftover content not captured: The line "Build your best future with the Johnson Controls team ..." we used. The "What We Offer" we split. The "Check us out:" we included in Benefits. The "What you will do" we used. The "Key Responsibilities" we used. The "How You Will Do It" we used as Skills. The "What we look for" we used as Requirements. The "Nice to Have" we used as Qualifications. The salary range and incentive plan we used as Pay. The benefits we used. Check for any other sentences: "Join a winning team that enables you to build your best future!" included in About the role. "Our teams are uniquely positioned to support a multitude of industries across the globe." included. "You will have the opportunity to develop yourself through meaningful work projects and learning opportunities." included. "We strive to provide our employees with an experience, focused on supporting their physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing." included. "Become a member of the Johnson Controls family and thrive in an empowering company culture where your voice and ideas will be heard – your next great opportunity is just a few clicks away!" included. All good. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. None. Now output HTML fragment. We must not include or . Just the fragment. Let's craft. Note: Use proper escaping? Not needed. We'll produce:
