Commercial / Salesforce Boundary Systems Consultant

Long-term contract role with one of our esteemed clients, based in Irvine, CA (4 days onsite a week). In-person interview with client.

About the role

Lead current-state assessment, documentation, and impact analysis for Salesforce, Forge, PriceFX, and other commercial applications supporting the Oracle Fusion transformation program. Partner with business stakeholders, BRMs, BSAs, application owners, and technical teams to drive workshops, define remediation plans, and establish governance, documentation standards, and execution plans. Develop technical specifications, business process maps, integration inventories, system dependencies, and application profiles to support enterprise transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise application, Salesforce/CRM, pricing, or commercial transformation programs with deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) and ERP integrations.
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion/ERP transformation, downstream application impact assessment, stakeholder management, technical documentation, facilitation, and executive communication.
