Salesforce Consultant - Systems Implementation Advisory

Responsibilities

• Aid in the creation of Salesforce architecture, including objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Create declarative components like Apps and Lightning Pages in Salesforce Lightening.
• Develop on-record analytics such as roll-up fields, formula fields, and record-level reports in Salesforce.
• Configure Salesforce architecture, automation, and security settings across all Salesforce Clouds and connected apps.
• Install and configure applications from the Salesforce AppExchange, such as email, social media, financial management, online payment, SMS, and form building applications.
• Install and configure proprietary applications or integrations as necessary.
• Understand and document the appropriate data model and resulting system architecture designed from business requirements for defined deliverables.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation suitable for other consultants, engineering, and clients.
• Draft written requirements from client discovery periods, identifying items shared both in discovery workshops and via shared client artifacts.
• Propose recommended solutions based on technical requirements, considering all solution options and determining the best approach.
• Discuss data model considerations internally and with clients, confidently proposing determined recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience with Management or Technology Consulting is preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) is required.
• Fully proficient in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 211) are preferred.
• Experience implementing databases and building custom applications on the Salesforce platform is required.
• Experience building simple decision models from complex logic requirements is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint) with fluency in Excel and Google Sheets is required.
• Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time hours is required.

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $64,990 - $123,230. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
