Responsibilities

  • Aid in the creation of Salesforce architecture, including objects, fields, and page layouts.
  • Create declarative components like Apps and Lightning Pages in Salesforce Lightening.
  • Create on-record analytics such as roll-up fields, formula fields, and record-level reports in Salesforce.
  • Configure Salesforce architecture, automation, and security settings across all Salesforce Clouds and connected apps.
  • Install and configure applications from the Salesforce AppExchange, such as email, social media, financial management, online payment, SMS, and form building applications.
  • Install and configure proprietary applications or integrations as needed.
  • Understand and document the appropriate data model and system architecture designed from business requirements for defined deliverables.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation suitable for other consultants, engineering, and clients.
  • Draft written requirements from client discovery periods, identifying items shared in discovery workshops and via shared client artifacts.
  • Design recommended solutions based on technical requirements, considering all solution options and determining the best approach.
  • Discuss data model considerations internally and with clients, confidently proposing determined recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience with Management or Technology Consulting experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) required.
  • Fully proficient in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader.
  • Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 211) preferred.
  • Experience implementing databases and building custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience building simple decision models from complex logic requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint), with fluency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time hours.
