Salesforce Solutions Consultant

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Solutions Consultant for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Durham, NC (hybrid preferred). Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: Pay: $95 - 120/hr (W2)6-month contract with possibility of extension based on performance and business need 2 - 3 days hybrid strongly preferred; remote candidates may be consideredServe as the business and operational owner of the Salesforce platform ecosystemManage Salesforce enhancement requests, prioritization, release planning, and platform improvementsSupport Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud operationsTranslate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and processesDrive platform governance, data quality, security, user adoption, and operational stabilityMaintain and communicate the Salesforce enhancement roadmap and operating modelLead release planning, testing coordination, user acceptance activities, and project deliveryEstablish Salesforce governance documentation, processes, workflows, and standard operating proceduresHelp prepare the organization for future Salesforce expansion, including Data Cloud and advanced personalization capabilities Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform3+ years managing Salesforce operations, CRM programs, or platform governanceStrong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service CloudStrong understanding of Salesforce administration and platform capabilitiesSalesforce Marketing Cloud experience Experience with data governance, analytics, and reporting is preferredSalesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst are a plusExperience with Salesforce Data Cloud, CDP, or customer data initiatives is preferredExperience supporting customer lifecycle marketing programs is preferred If you are interested in hearing more about the position, please respond to this posting with your resume attached.
