Commercial Sales Rep - Delaware/Maryland/Virginia

The Preparedness Advisor is responsible for achieving sales and business results in Regional Fortune 500, Mid-Market accounts, School Districts, and other Public Facing entities. Through exceptional relationships and expert sales practices, you will identify decision makers, build champions with potential key stakeholders through education and influence, and quarterback the sales process to solve customer challenges while driving revenue and gross profit.

Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual quota and related sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of new and existing expansion accounts, prioritizing opportunities to achieve quota and healthy margins through our solutions sales model.
- Manage the sales process by thoroughly understanding decision makers, actions, and timelines necessary to close deals and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, acting as a program partner, delivering exceptional service, and adding value in every interaction.
- Create value around our full suite of offerings, including products (AEDs & accessories and first aid), solutions (program management and medical direction), and training (CPR/AED, active shooter, etc.) to drive sales and increase loyalty and retention.
- Present cohesively as a turnkey solution to prospects and customers.
- Educate customers and prospects on our solutions, influencing through a “big why” (saving lives).
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our training and program management teams to ensure scheduling and follow-up are expertly executed with a high level of customer service.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and an understanding of regulations associated with AEDs.
- Identify industry trends and relevant competitive information, providing feedback and input to the company.
- Continuously prioritize activities and manage time to achieve objectives.
- Regularly interact with sales leadership to discuss pipeline progress, challenges, opportunities, and strategic direction.
- Complete all administrative responsibilities accurately and on-time, including order processing, CRM updates, expense reports, and other documentation.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Perform other tasks or activities as necessary to meet individual, departmental, or company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of related sales experience, including selling a full solution into the commercial space.
- Demonstrated consistent, successful sales achievement.
- Multi-touchpoint and conceptual selling experience preferred.
- Must be insurable and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Willing and able to travel (by automobile or air, day trips and overnight stays) up to 50% of the time.
