About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Manage multiple interactions simultaneously, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex cases to supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues using CRM tools and internal knowledge bases.
- Evaluate customer feedback and provide constructive suggestions for improvement.
- Escalate difficult or complex cases to supervisors for further investigation and resolution.
- Train new agents on company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to team goals and objectives through collaboration and communication.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools.
