Commercial Roofing Service Tech I

Responsibilities

• Perform roof maintenance and repairs
• Work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers
• Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in the training of crew members

Core Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• A valid driver's license
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Able to work at varying heights and during various weather conditions
• Able to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability
• Technology savvy
