Commercial Roofing Service Technician I

Responsibilities

• Perform roof maintenance and repairs
• Work according to job specifications and safety guidelines
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers
• Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in the training of crew members as needed
• Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship

Core Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• A valid driver's license
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus!
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during a variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability
• Technology savvy

Skills

• Experience with various commercial roofing systems such as EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal
• Leadership experience in commercial roofing teams
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work at varying heights and in different weather conditions
• Technology proficiency
