Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Document work performed and communicate with supervisors as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Experience in a customer service or maintenance role preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
