Commercial Roofing Service Technician

The Role

Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial roofing systems with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards.
Troubleshoot and solve roofing issues while communicating effectively with customers.
Maintain a positive, hardworking attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Committed to safety, including adherence to Weather Shield's policies and procedures.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial roofing repair or service work.
• Strong understanding of different roofing systems and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Dedication to safety and preventing accidents on the job.
