About the role
Empire Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician to work in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK. You will work under the service crew leader, investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems including EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low-slope metal.
Responsibilities
- Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope metal roof systems
- Roof maintenance and repairs
- Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
- Maintain professional interaction with all customers
- Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in training crew members
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver’s license preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers
- Initiative, integrity, and adaptability
- Technology savvy
