Summary

You will be the service crew’s leader and be responsible for investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems (EPDM, PVC, TPO, and low‑slope metal). You will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope‑metal roof systems
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers
• Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork and attending meetings as necessary
• Assist in training crew members as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 5+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to work at varying heights and in a variety of weather conditions
• Strong communication skills with clients, supervisors, and co‑workers
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability
• Technology savvy
• Sheet‑metal experience preferred
• Travel: local, up to 1 hour away

Pay

Starting pay rate of $27–32 per hour.
