Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

This position involves local commercial/industrial roofing repairs and re-roofs, allowing you to work near home. We are a growing company with a national presence and emphasize promotion from within.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a quality roof using standardized work
• Solve problems as they occur
• Keep work area in 5S standard
• Safely perform standardized work
• Continuously improve the process
• Be at the job every scheduled day
• Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing
• Understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications; willingness to train
• Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Valid Driver's License
• Centerpoint knowledge is a plus

Pay

$24-$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills
