Responsibilities

• Deliver quality roofing work using standardized processes
• Solve problems as they occur on the job site
• Maintain work area according to 5S standards
• Safely perform standardized work
• Continuously improve processes
• Be present every scheduled workday
• Collaborate effectively with the crew and assist fellow roofers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial and industrial roofing
• Understanding of commercial roofing systems, including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications (willing to train)
• Strong roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Centerpoint knowledge (a plus)

Pay

$24–$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills.
