Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

Responsibilities

• Deliver a quality roof using standardized work
• Solve problems as they occur
• Maintain work area in 5S standard
• Safely perform standardized work
• Continuously improve the process
• Be present at the job every scheduled day
• Work well with the crew and assist fellow roofers when possible

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial and industrial roofing
• Understanding of commercial roofing systems, including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications (willing to train)
• Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Centerpoint knowledge (a plus)
