Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

About the role
This position is for local commercial/industrial roofing repairs and re-roofs in the area, allowing you to work near home. We’re a growing company with a national presence and are committed to promoting from within.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a quality roof using standardized work
- Solve problems as they occur
- Keep work area in 5S standard
- Safely perform standardized work
- Continuously improve the process
- Be at the job every scheduled day
- Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing
- Understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications (willing to train)
- Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Valid Driver’s License
- Centerpoint knowledge is a plus
Pay
$24–$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills.
