Position Summary

Eskola, LLC's Dallas, Texas branch is seeking a motivated individual to join our fast-paced team as a Commercial Roofing Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing service operations, ensuring timely response to customer needs, coordinating repairs, and supporting the service team. This position serves as the primary point of contact between clients, technicians, and management, ensuring effective communication and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Customer Service & Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding service requests, updates, and follow-ups. Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers to address their inquiries and concerns.

  • Service Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to job sites efficiently. Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer deadlines. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for specialized tasks.

  • Work Order Management: Create and manage work orders in the company's software system. Ensure all documentation, including service reports, photos, and notes, is complete and accurate.

  • Resource Allocation: Allocate equipment, materials, and manpower for service jobs based on project needs. Track and report on inventory used during repairs.

  • Billing & Invoicing: Review completed work orders and prepare invoices for billing. Communicate with customers about costs, warranties, and payment terms.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure technicians adhere to safety regulations and company policies. Verify that all permits and inspections are completed as required.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and estimate repair jobs. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and service improvements.

  • Reporting & Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of service activities, customer interactions, and project statuses. Generate reports for management on service performance metrics.

Position Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer service role, preferably in commercial roofing or a related construction field. Familiarity with roofing systems, materials, and repair processes is highly preferred.

  • Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening as a condition of hire.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.
