About the role

Construction Project Coordinator supporting commercial roofing projects from planning to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, project documents, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and communications among field teams, customers, and project managers.
• Track progress, costs, deadlines, and resolve outstanding issues.
• Prepare status updates and maintain accurate records.
• Support site coordination to ensure adherence to safety procedures, project specifications, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working with both office and field teams.
• Construction coordination experience preferred; commercial roofing experience a plus.
