- Possess and manage a pipeline of commercial roofing opportunities
- Conduct assessments and build detailed estimates
- Sell through to a signed contract
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle

- Operate within the Southern California territory
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of self-generated commercial sales volume
- Existing relationships with property managers, HOAs, general contractors, asset managers, or building owners
- Comfortable owning a territory as a hunter and closer
- Established, transferable book of business in commercial roofing
