Commercial Roofing Sales
We are seeking a top-tier commercial roofing salesperson with 5+ years of experience in generating revenue and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of $3M–$10M+ annual production, a strong existing network in commercial real estate and construction, and experience with roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, etc.
About the role
This role offers a high earning potential of up to $300K+, with a base salary/draw ranging from $100K to $150K and an aggressive commission structure tied to performance. The position requires a highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven individual willing to travel for national accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a national book of commercial roofing business
- Sell re-roof, service, and maintenance contracts
- Develop relationships with owners, developers, property managers, and general contractors
- Drive both new business and repeat client revenue
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close
Requirements
- Proven track record of $3M–$10M+ annual production
- Strong existing network in commercial real estate / construction
- Experience with roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, etc.
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel as needed for national accounts
