Starting pay is $22+/hr. BOE. This range includes a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 DOE.

Requirements
- Commercial roofing or construction experience preferred but training provided for the right individuals
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions
- Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders all expected activities
- Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and endurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of roofing materials and techniques
Schedule
