Commercial Roofer

Tecta America New England, founded in 1988 as Delta Roofing, is one of the largest and most successful roofing companies in the northeast. We are currently seeking experienced commercial roofers for our production and service crews in Brockton, MA.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO & PVC.
• Work under the direction of the crew’s Foreman.
• Perform tasks that involve lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally and bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
• Follow instructions, adhere to job specifications, and maintain professional behavior.
• Use reliable transportation to and from jobsites and warehouse.
• Show strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Requirements

• Commercial roofing experience preferred but not required, as training will be provided to the right individuals.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Experience working in an outdoor setting with varying weather conditions.
• At least 18 years of age.

Pay

Experienced pay starting at $25+/hr. BOE SIGN-ON BONUS!!! Up to $750 BOE!!! This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, skills, training, and experience.

Schedule

Full-time, year-round work.
