Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. - Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues to ensure optimal system performance. - Provide technical support and training to customers and team members. - Collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines and client needs. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Relevant experience in HVAC/R installation and maintenance. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- Completion of a recognized HVAC/R certification program. - Experience working in fast-paced environments. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 pounds.

- Proficiency in HVAC/R systems and components. - Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
