Commercial Real Estate Attorney
About the firm
Our client is a nationally recognized law firm built on a real estate foundation. Real estate drives the majority of the firm’s work, and the practice has held a top-tier industry ranking for over a decade. The firm handles the full lifecycle of commercial real estate: acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures, funds, finance and workouts. It also has a leading position in the market’s fastest-growing asset classes, including data centers, digital infrastructure and life sciences.
You’ll work on high-profile, complex transactions for institutional investors, developers, lenders and funds. Gain exposure across the full deal lifecycle, so you develop as a well-rounded real estate lawyer rather than a narrow specialist. You’ll build expertise in growth sectors like data centers, digital infrastructure and life sciences, the areas shaping where real estate is headed. You’ll work alongside nationally ranked partners who are invested in training and developing associates. Big-firm compensation, collaborative culture — salaries are highly competitive and come with a team-oriented environment where you’re known, not just billed.
