About the role

A growing firm in Cleveland is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate and Corporate/Business Attorney to join its team. This full-time, in-office role offers the opportunity to manage complex transactions, advise business clients, and work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements, including leases, purchase/sale contracts, and development documents.
• Advise corporate clients on business formation, contract negotiation, governance, and general corporate matters.
• Oversee commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
• Perform due diligence and guide clients through closing processes.

Qualifications

• Education & License: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in Ohio.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years practicing law, with a strong, hands-on focus in commercial real estate and general corporate matters.
• Skills: Solid drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
