Commercial QA&QC Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial QA/QC Specialist to provide solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity, working independently with little supervision. You will contribute to project milestones and apply technical standards, principles, and concepts. The role involves frequent inter-organizational and customer/contractor contacts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews and energy audits of complex and large-scale commercial buildings.
• Complete on-site verifications and electronic review of field data entered into program database.
• Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning, and effectiveness of products.
• Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
• Travel throughout a defined territory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Associate’s Degree with relevant industry technical certification/training preferred.
• Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in all climates (e.g., hot attics, cold basements).
• Physical demands include bending, crouching, and kneeling.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• This is a field-based position; remote work is not available.
• Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and maintain a clean driving record.
• If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with transportation regulations.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship.

Pay

Target compensation: $51,000 annually + bonus. Compensation range: $48,800 – $66,300 USD, determined based on internal equity, market data, skills, and prior relevant experience.
